Ed Anderson has been a Custom Home builder since 1979. Currently Ed builds up to 12 custom homes per year, in the greater Madison area. Ed Anderson will build homes that are within 1 hours driving distance from Madison. The basic starting range size of his homes is 1,800 square feet, the average is 2,500 and on up in size. Each home is unique and fits each buyer's specifications.

Ed Anderson has his certification, license for Dwelling Contractor through the Wisconsin Department of Commerce. He has Insurance, carries Workers Compensation and Liability Insurance. Ed has references and a portfolio for the work he has done. Ed uses his own framing crew, and high quality licensed contractors. Ed Anderson even has his own custom cabinet maker, for custom kitchen, bath, shelves, and entertainment centers.

Over 90 homes of Ed Anderson's are built in the communities of Madison, Fitchburg, Middleton, Verona, Mt Horeb, Stoughton, Oregon, New Glarus, Sun Prairie, Cottage Grove, Deforest ,Lodi, Waunakee, even Whitewater and Wisconsin Dells area. Many homes are within cities using municipal sewer and water services. But also many are out in rural areas. Ed is experienced and successful in getting all the needed building permits, inspections, and all the extra details of these rural properties.
